次の英文はロンドンの「中世の王室の宴（うたげ）」をテーマとしたシアターレストランの予約に関する案内（抜粋）である。これを読み、以下の各設問について、該当するものをそれぞれの選択肢から一つ選び、解答用紙にマークしなさい。
The Medieval Banquet Experience
Join King Henry VIII at his royal banquet and be part of 1,000 yearsʼ history at Londonʼs extraordinary dinner theatre experience. Go back in time to the days of kings, queens, knights, acrobats and jesters＊ at this fascinating venue.
Purchasing Tickets
The person making the booking must be authorized to make the booking on the basis of these booking conditions by all persons named on the booking and by their parent or guardian for all party members who are under 18 when the booking is made. The person making the booking must be 18 years or older and is responsible for all payments ①due to The Medieval Banquet. Your booking will be confirmed by a booking reference. You must provide the booking reference number to gain entry to the Medieval Banquet. A confirmation email with your booking reference will be sent to the email address or fax number which you entered/provided at the time of making your booking. Contact us immediately if any information on the confirmation appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later.
Ticket Prices
The Medieval Banquet is committed to supplying great value offers on tickets. The cost is ￡50 per adult and ￡30 per child. Families may buy a ticket for ￡130 which covers 2 children and 2 adults. All pricing is inclusive of VAT. Seasonal special offers are also likely to occur and in some circumstances ticket prices may go up or down. Prices for special events and over the Christmas period may be considerably more.
Bookings
Individuals : Full payment is required at the time of booking. There is 100％ cancellation fee. No refunds will be given in respect of cancelled bookings. The date of the booking can be changed to within 3 months of the original booking date. Any changes to the booking date must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event booked for.
Groups : For events booked more than a month in advance a non-refundable holding deposit of ￡15 per person is required at the time of booking. Final payment must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Full payment is required at the time of booking for any event that is less than 2 weeks in advance. There is 100％ cancellation fee. No refunds will be given in respect of cancelled bookings. Any changes to the booking date must be made 5 days prior to the event booked for．

Group rates
Group rates apply to a minimum of 12 full paying guests. If numbers fall below 12, the hotel has the right to amend prices accordingly. Rates are net and are inclusive of service and tax at the current rate. Maximum of 2 children up to and including age of 12 stay free when sharing withfull paying adult.
Deposit and balance of payment
Groups will be required to pay a deposit of 10％ to the hotel no later than 14 days of confirmation of the booking. This will be based on the full allocation of rooms held at that stage. Balance of payment should be made to the hotel based on final invoice no later than 28 days prior to arrival. The hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment is not received by the cutoff date in which case cancellation charges as set out below will be payable.
Group Cancellation
To avoid incurring charges, written notification of cancellation must be received no later than 28 days prior to arrival. Any deposit paid will be refunded in full if written notification of cancellation of the whole booking is received by this time.
Substantial changes and cancellation
A “substantial change” means a change of date, a change to duration of stay or a reduction in the number of rooms by 25％ or more of the rooms originally booked. For all cancellations and substantial changes notified within 28 days of arrival, the hotel is entitled to charge a fee of 100％ of the full cost of the first nightʼs arrangements, or retain the deposit paid if greater.
